What are the standard Check-In and Check-Out timings?
Standard check-in starts at 14:00 (2:00 PM) and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and can be requested via concierge.
What payment methods are supported?
We support online payments via Razorpay (UPI including Google Pay/PhonePe, Credit/Debit cards, NetBanking), as well as a "Pay at Hotel" option where you can pay cash or card upon arrival at the front desk.
How do cancellations and refunds work?
For standard flexible bookings, cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in receive a 100% full refund. You can cancel directly from your "My Reservations" account dashboard.
Is government photo identification required?
Yes. As mandated by Indian law, all Indian citizens must present a valid government photo ID (Aadhar, Driving License, Passport, or Voter ID). Foreign nationals must present their valid Passport with Visa.
